Pollo Curry Crunchy

Making the chicken breast a little sugarcane is very easy.

We prepare a chopped peanuts and cashews. Add a tablespoon of curry, a teaspoon of turmeric, a pinch of ginger, salt and pepper.

In the electric barbecue of Jata and your home, we cook the chicken breasts with a bit of hot spices. Return and continue until they are well done. They are prepared super fast and now in summer we can have them on the terrace, garden or balcony and prepare the dishes at the moment and at the table.

Lightly brush both sides of each breast with a little honey and coat them in the minced mixture.

Colocamos una rebanada de pan campero, unas hojas de ensalada, queso Apenzeller y el pollo en el top.

Aliñamos con un poco de mostaza. Y listo! ENJOY!
